Servants of God, well done!
You make in Christ your boast;
And since you trust in him alone,
Your hope shall not be lost.
Servants of Christ, well done!
You have your Lord confessed;
And when he takes his judgement throne,
He will pronounce you blessed.
But ye who will not choose
Him for you Lord and Friend,
Why will you madly life refuse?
On whom can you depend?
These trust their King and Priest,
His friends and soldiers are;
These wear the uniform of Christ,
And you refuse to wear.
He soon will end his wars,
Though sin and hell oppose;
These are enlisted in his cause,
And you are with his foes.
And when he comes again,
His friends and foe to try,
These shall with him for ever reign,
You, wither will you fly?
Repent, and be baptized,
And seek your endless rest;
For soon his foes will be despised.
His friends for ever blessed.
