Our Father, God, from whom all blessings flow
Hear us we pray.
’Tis only You and through Your Son we know
Your Love this day.
As we assemble in this hallowed place
O Holy Spirit help us know God’s Grace.
We pray for those who need a soothing kiss
From Heav’n above;
For those who doubt or wander from Your tryst
Restore Your Love.
Convict of sin and worthlessness within,
That each may know that Jesus died for him.
And now, Oh Lord, on this your hallowed day,
Our God adored,
Speak thus Your word, in tenderness display
Mercy abroad.
That we may learn that all within Your sight
Might know Your will and in your Son delight.
Lord, help me see, within each sacred line
Your will for me.
For in this world it is Your grand design
To set men free.
Raise us to serve You in this needy time
That we may point men to Your Love divine.
